IN-HOUSE EMBROIDERY

The Denver Hub is the only ASB facility that currently offers in house embroidery. While we have many great partners who provide this service to ASB, we determined that the only way to completely control the process and be able to deliver to our customers, is to bring this function in house. We currently have the capacity to process over 1,500 garments per day and are working on our 3rd expansion to increase this for the future. By having this production in house, we have been able to reduce turn times (currently 1 week after garments arrive) and have the ability to accept and confidently deliver on rush requests. We know sometimes rushes are necessary and now the ability to respond to those requests when needed.
